The enrolment form provides the VET Data Privacy Notice before a student confirms and submits their information.

Security and retention
Automation Skills aims to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Security controls may include restricted access, strong authentication, secure hosting, anti-spam and security monitoring tools, and careful handling of student records.
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for training, legal, audit or compliance obligations. When information is no longer required, reasonable steps are taken to delete, de-identify or securely archive it.
